Emulsioning interior walls might look easy task. But in fact, it’s not. First of all, you need to choose the colour. This could be fairly difficult task too. If you stuck on choosing colour, try to find some inspiration online. As a rule, bright colours visually enlarges the space and dark ones vice versa.
Other task is to choose the right type/finish of paint. Emulsion is water-based, therefore is the best for interior ceilings and walls. There is a choice of MATT – non-shiny finish. EGGSHELL – soft-sheen and more durable than matte. SILK – high-sheen finish and is the most durable of all emulsion paints. The right tools makes the right job.
At T&J Painting Solutions we use professional tools and paints only to ensure the highest quality.
Painting on a bare plaster we need to dilute emulsion paint up to 50/50 with water for better adhesion because thin paint sticks better than thick to new plaster.
